Strength & Stretch

Strength & Stretch was created to build core and major muscle group strength, endurance, balance and flexibility using muscle confusion as the main focus.  It uses multi-disciplinary techniques to develop well-rounded athleticism. Dancers, cross trainers and even beginners can take this class.

Family Yoga

Family Yoga helps children develop a healthy, happy body and a calm, focused mind! Classes include playful movement and parent-partner activities. Poses are fun and challenging for all.  No previous experience required.  Please provide one yoga mat per partner pair. All levels welcome. Instructor will modify as necessary.

IMPORTANT Note: Please enroll all family members attending. Price applies to each student enrolled (i.e., multi-family discount); however, register during the early registration period (August 1-August 31), and one family member is free!

Attire that is breathable, form-fitting and comfortable to work out in, i.e., any type of athletic gear; bare feet is recommended, but clean sneakers are allowed
